For this exercise we may visualize violet; we may think of violet (the highest of colour-vibrations) in spiritual perspective. This finds a parallel in the thought: "Seek first the Kingdom of God and Its Justice, and all else shall be given to you"; al the Universal Teachers have in one way or another taught this most important thought!

Also, while stepping backwards three times and forwards three times, instead of counting, we may visualize the aspects of Universal Peace noted below. By relaxing and meditating, we are already at peace with The Heavenly Father, but we can clearly see now that it is of the essence to be also fully at Peace with:

1: The Environment , Nature (The Kingdom of Mother Earth) in which we are dwelling, with help from the Angel of Joy. |
| 2: The Culture we live in, with help from the Angel of Wisdom. |
| 3: Mankind we are involved with, with help from the Angel of Creative Work. |
| 4: Our own Family, with help from the Angel of Love. |
| 5: Our own Mind, with help from the Angel of Power. |
| 6: Our own Body, with help from the Angel of Life. |
