Say: "May perfect equilibrium be established within me, for the glory of our Heavenly Father"
Symbolism: We must now become steadfast in this attitude to life, consciously train our being in balance, so we may, as much as possible, be spiritually in "the Kingdom of God and its Justice",and not be detracted from that any more. When we are perfectly balanced and devoted to "the Kingdom of God and its Justice", we will be able to in such a way strengthen the good, that all the bad (evil) will disappear and our light may begin to shine at its destination.
Make yourself bodyly resemble a 5-pointed star by placing the hands with the fingertips on the respective shoulders, elbows stretched out sideways. First three times put the foot in the hollow at the back of the knee and back outwards, Right, Left and Right again, going backwards when kneeling, then going forward again let the foot describe a circle in front of the knee of the other leg by moving forward and outward, then backwards and back to the starting-point; at the right clockwise, at the left anti-clockwise. Breath: breath out during kneeling down to the ground, coming up again breathe fully in, and hold breath every time during the swinging of the lower, this makes holding the concentration easier: "Power of Breath!" It also helps, to slightly lean slightly forward or backward as counterweight to the swinging leg, to prevent toppling over... So as not to forget how many circles or other movements have been made by the foot, it is very useful and apt, to say (instead of counting): I AM (1st time), THAT (2nd time) I AM (3rd time).
Here too, we may visualize the colour Violet.

Explanation: if you are thinking of anything else at that moment, you will topple over. To keep balance, one should fully focus on one single point, on one single thought and not be distracted by anything. The centre of equilibrium is located in the ears, the symbol of wisdom. To keep balance, one shoul always consider everything very well. Who transgresses those laws, will soon be off the track.
