Say: "May all enemies of the Universal White Brotherhood be banished,chased, destroyed, etcetera (after your own choice), for the glory of our Heavenly Father"
Symbolism: Only after we have joined ourselves thoroughly with the higher sphere, The Kingdom of God and its Justice", we can engage in battle with evil, that is to say: not by "killing" it, but by banishing it. Strengthen the good, and the bad will disappear all by itself!..
Earthbound spirits that will not leave us in peace, we can drive away with help of the higher sphere: in this we will then be helped ( if we are consciously working together with them) by the already ascended "Older Brethren" of the Great Universal White Brotherhood, like Master Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov. Those earthbound spirits should no longer bother us, but go on, continue their own path of evolution! that is why we are sending them on, that way!
How to do part (A): We send away all earthbound spirits, that should go on with their own path of evolution and leave us in peace! Stretch your arms sideways and up, palms up, when stretched out above the head, the fingertips touch. Step forward with the left foot, stretch out both arms forward and kneel down on the right knee (see photograph below).

1: Stretch your arms sideways and up, palms up... (breathe in fully)

2: (side view) Then turned towards each other.
 |
3: Step forward with the left foot and, simultaneously, lower your arms to shoulder level in front of you. (breathe out sharply, but relaxed!)

4: Kneel down on the right knee.
How to do part (B): We start strengthening Good thoughts (Humata) in ourselves, the Brotherhood and in all of the Cosmic Ocean of thoughts. By this all thoughts are purified, as a solid intention: Bring de handen to the face, then letb them go down to the lowest part of the body, then bring them up to the chest and clench the fists (breathe in fully), then, when the fists have reached the shoulders, throw the arms forward with a powerful movement and breathe out powerfully and fully. While stretching out the arms, also open the hands. Instead of just counting "1,2,3,4,5,6" we may also do a colour meditation.

5: Bring your hands up to your face...

6: (frontal view) ...and then slide them down to the level of the solar plexus.

7: Bring your hands up again. When they are on a level with your chest, close your fists and continue the upward movement of the hands.

8: (side view) When your fists are at shoulder level, throw your arms forward with a vigorous movement, simultaneously breathing out sharply! When your arms are fully extended, open your hands. Repeat movements 5 tot 8 five times.
How to do part (C): We strengthen the utterance of only Good words (Huhata) the purifying of our own language, that of the Brotherhood and the whole world of spoken words, as a solid intention: bring both hands to the face, with the palms of the hands towards the face; breathe in fully, then turn the palms of the hands outwards and stretch out both arms sideways, breathe out fully. (6 times, visualise the 6 colours here too, like at the previous part of this exercise, B).

9: At the end of the sixth movement you are still on one knee, with your arms outstretched in front of you.

10: bring your hands to your face, palms turned towards you, simultaneously breathing in...

11: (top view) ...then turn your palms outwards...

12: ...and throw your arms out to each side, while simultaneously breathing out sharply.

13: Turn your palms towards the front and bring your fully extended arms forward until they are parallel to each other in front of you. Repeat movements 10 tot 13 five times.

14: (frontal view) At the end of the sixth movement, stand up, keeping your arms stretched out on either side, palms turned towards the ground.

15: When you are fully upright, slowly lower your arms.
Explanation: The enemies of the Universal White Brotherhood are not men or women, but sinister spirits that try to enter into them, in order to use them and destroy the heavenly work. So one is entitled to chase them away en even say to some of them: "May they be crushed, struck down by lightning and destroyed!" Why should one not have the right to do this? Could they ever have the right to obstruct the Light?
