To prevent loosing count, rather than just counting "1,2,3,4,5,6", use colours: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Dark Blue; this applies to the six times of (B) as well as (C).

Just like with the rainbow the colours also start from the one edge from Violet, and again end in violet at the other edge, we always start by feeling one with the higher spheres, and then remain  so, in this way always ending again with violet, after the sixth colour of the visualization. We may also visualize that we start at the bottom (1st.) chakra, and continue on upwards, ending at the 6th. chakra (dark Blue, 3rd. eye), going one step at a time.

So we may, before starting and after finishing the six colours, think of Violet; in the spiritual sense this has a parallel in the thought: "First ye seek the Kingdom of God and its Justice, and all else shall be given you; all the Universal Teachers have worded this most important thought!
