The ESSENE UNIVERSAL PEACE

 To the Essenes, Universal Peace was very important: the same spirit may be found in for instance the "Course in Miracles" of today. It is all about not getting annoyed about anything any more, being in Harmony with everything. When you are at peace with everything, you may feel love towards everything (even your "enemies") and only then it will become possible to you, to effectuate Harmony around yourself. To be able to oversee all the many things you have to be at peace with, it is very useful to use the cycle of all the different aspects of this multitude, as the Essenes divided them over all the subsequent days of the week: one of the aspects of Universal Peace for every new day of the week (Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov's Prayer for Harmony also makes this very clear: Peace with absolutely EVERYTHING). Whenever you get annoyed over anything at all, have no peace with that, this will be really very unhealthy for you (as already has been positively proven by Scientific Medical Research)! This was also the deeper meaning of Jesus'saying: "Who takes up the Sword, shall perish by it." whatever the Essenes did, they lived according to the saying: "Make the Good stronger, and the bad will disappear all by itself." Also for the Essene teachings on Universal Peace parallels can be found in the teachings of Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov: for instance in the beautiful "Prayer for Harmony" (P. 203, A New Earth)

When the Initiated, after sufficient training, will succeed in reaching a state of Universal Peace, and become fully used to the awareness of al the powers that are at work in his or her mind and body, the Three Holy Streams may be followed. Of those, the one at Mid-Day is the Holy Stream of Sound, the Communions with the Angels of Mother Earth become the following of the Holy Stream of Life and the Communions with the Angels of the Heavenly Father become the following of the Holy Stream of Light (for this, read Gospel of Peace, part 4: "The Holy Streams")
